I planning to do a low carb diet. I’m mainly going to focus on veggies and lean meats/protein. I’ll eat like grilled chicken (no skin), fish, almonds, deviled eggs, etc.

Seriously? Don’t carbs give you energy, which helps you burn fat if you use it properly? I’m positively addicted to carbs, and I’m quite skinny… so how does the low carb diet work for some people?
